Withdrawal instruction

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jacen Tomaszowski, GoldenLayerStudio, Bürgermeister-Weigel-Straße 4, 64732 Bad König, e-mail see legal notice) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication in good time.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments to you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

⚠️ Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have at the same time confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

In the case of a subscription whose performance begins, at your request, before the end of the withdrawal period, you owe, upon withdrawal, a proportionate amount for the service provided up to that point.
